By Rail

While Kirkintilloch doesn’t have its own railway station, the town is conveniently served by nearby stations. Lenzie Railway Station is the closest, located just about 2 miles from Kirkintilloch town centre. From Lenzie, you can catch frequent trains to and from Glasgow Queen Street, Edinburgh, and other key destinations. Once at Lenzie, it’s just a short bus ride or a quick taxi journey to Kirkintilloch.

By Car

Kirkintilloch is easily accessible by car, with excellent road connections. The town is located just off the M80 motorway, making it an easy drive from Glasgow (around 20 minutes) and other major cities in Central Scotland. Ample parking is available within the town centre, including both free and pay-and-display options, making it convenient for visitors.

By Bus
